Camp Cooking

Camp cooking – the best way to cater to a vegetarian and gluten-free diet whilst on the road. Last night’s dinner was stir-fried veggies with quinoa (and a grilled chicken breast added in for me).

With a bowl of left-overs in the fridge, and a 12-volt microwave in the Defender, we won’t have to hunt down suitable food for lunch.ImageImage
