Not much to report today folks, as it was a bit of a transit day. We have left Switzerland behind and are now in Austria.
We were scheduled to go to Galtur for a couple of nights but decided to change plans. The main attraction in the Galtur region was some alpine passes, but we have seen plenty of those without having to go looking for them! We are therefore spending one night I outside Innsbruck and then tomorrow we will press on towards Salzburg, giving us one extra night there.
There was only one spot available at Campsite Natterer See when we arrived, a caravan stand. The only view that it has is of other caravans and tents, but it has an electricity outlet and is within wif-fi range. Major negative – wi-fi costs two euros per hour! We ended up buying five hours for 5 euros. Many sites offer free wi-fi or charge a nominal fee good for a week, This price is gouging.
Anyway, I’ve included some photos of the camp that we can only see by walking around 🙂
