For our last night in Berlin, Klaus, Joy and I went to the Henne restaurant in the Kreuzberg district where the only entree on the menu is delicious deep-friend half chicken. Very nice accompanied by draught German beer!

This morning, we said goodbye to Joy and departed Berlin about 7.30am, headed for Poland.

After 12 hours on the road, we arrived at the campsite in Krakow, Poland. The tent was quickly set up and then we caught a taxi into the Old Town. We went to the Restaurant Farina that features several traditional Polish dishes along with draught Polish beer (I’m beginning to see a pattern developing here).

Tomorrow we expect to continue the journey into Slovakia.
Good to see you making progress. Why the ‘whistle’ around Klaus’s neck?
Not a whistle, John – it’s a bunch of keys
Good luck Craig and Klaus…have a fun trip!
Thanks Milette,
We’ll do our best 🙂
