Tai Chi & Morning Exercises

I left the hotel about 6.00am this morning and headed to the lake and adjacent park in the centre of the Old Quarter.

With daylight just breaking, people were out getting their morning exercise. Some were practicing Tai Chi, some were doing group aerobic style work-outs, some were playing badminton. The exercise that touched me the most were those who were dancing – what a beautiful way to start the day.

It was quite an uplifting morning for me, watching all of these people enjoying their own mornings.
